Welcome to the web page for the 6th Senatorial District. It is an honor to serve as your Senator in this district located in the north-western part of the State. The 6th Senate District stretches from the City of Newark along the state line and includes parts of Corner Ketch, North Star, Hockessin and Yorklyn.

This web site provides information about state services, issues and legislation. I trust that you will find the site useful. It will keep you informed about Delaware government and my work to serve the citizens of the 6th district and the State.

Hi, I'm Cathy Cloutier. For the past seven years, I've had the humbling privilege to represent you in the Delaware State General Assembly.

This site is designed to help keep my constituents, the residents of Delaware's Fifth Senatorial District, up to date on issues of interest and concern for our community. It is my hope that you will find answers to many of your questions here. If there is additional information that you would like to see in order to make this site more useful to you personally, please let me know.

In addition to helping provide you with access to your government, I would appreciate your comments and your points of view as well. As we all know, there are many issues that we face in our neighborhoods, and I want to ensure that no point of concern is left out. 12th District Senate Map

As your State Senator, I would like to welcome you to the 12th Senatorial District's web page. This page was developed to provide you with information on state government and as a medium for your feedback on issues, thoughts and ideas on upcoming legislation. I am always interested in how you feel about legislation that may impact you, and I take your comments with me to the floor of the Senate when it comes time to vote.

The geography of 12th Senatorial District is varied. I represent the area from the City of New Castle south to the C&D Canal, sections of the south side of Route 40 continuing to Route 896 in Glasgow. With development of this area, past and continued, issues that include traffic and land use are regular topics at the community meetings I attend, and I take each of your concerns to heart and make every attempt to assist. Constituent services are of primary importance to me and in an effort to support the needs and concerns of the 12th Senatorial District; I am always open and willing to hear from each of you. If you need help with any state issues, please feel free to contact me or a member of my staff for assistance.
