STILL/BUCKWORTH FINANCIAL AID FUND-Officials at Wesley College announced today that a significant fund supporting deserving students has been named in honor of two graduates of the College currently serving in the state legislature. The Still/Buckworth Financial Aid Fund assists needy students in paying for their education at Wesley College. It is anticipated that over 350 students will receive a total of $3.7 million from the Fund for academic year 2006-07. The Fund helps bridge the gap between students’ traditional resources and the costs of education for both graduate and undergraduates. The Still/Buckworth Financial Aid Fund is named for Delaware Sen. John C. Still and Rep. Gerald A. Buckworth, both graduates of Wesley College.
